Production process: from idea to your table
We are proud that every step in the production of instant noodles is carried out with attention to detail, which guarantees high quality and customer satisfaction.
Preparation and mixing of ingredients
Everything starts with quality selection of ingredients. Flour, water, salt, and additional seasonings are thoroughly mixed in automatic mixers to create a smooth dough without lumps. It is important to achieve the correct consistency of the dough, because the quality of the final product depends on it.
Forming and Steam Processing
The formed dough is then passed through extruders or presses, where it is separated into individual noodles of the appropriate shape and size. After the noodles are formed, they are steamed, which ensures their softness and readiness for quick cooking, activating the gluten in the flour.
Frying and cooling
This step is critical to ensure long-term storage of the product. After the noodles are formed, they are fried in vegetable oils, this provides them with a long shelf life and a crispy texture. After frying, the final product does not need the addition of oil and other fats during cooking. After frying, the noodles are cooled to prevent water condensation during packaging.
Packaging and Quality Control

The noodles are packaged in hygienic conditions with strict adherence to quality standards. The noodles are placed in protective bags that protect them from moisture and contamination, and each bag is marked with the date of production and expiration date.


The products undergo several quality checks, including research in the company's own laboratory at the factory, where humidity, the presence of pests, etc. are monitored. Also, samples from each batch are sent to the state quality center, where they are tested for compliance with standards, peroxide value and other indicators are measured, which allows to confirm the safety and quality of the product before it reaches your table.
